He provides strategic leadership across corporate planning, financial governance, and risk management. With an international outlook and disciplined approach to capital allocation, he plays a critical role in strengthening financial resilience, transparency, and long-term enterprise value.
Mr. Devendra Rao is the Chief Executive Officer and holds a PGDM from IMT Ghaziabad. With over 25 years of leadership experience in Business Development, Sales & Marketing, Manufacturing & Operations, Purchasing & Inventories, he has worked extensively with industries including SS Precision Rolling Mills, OEMs, Automotive Components, SS Tube Manufacturing, Industrial Component Manufacturing. He has successfully transformed the organization into a globally aligned automotive component supplier and advanced solutions provider for OEM’s and TIER-1 Customers. His leadership integrates manufacturing excellence, robust automotive quality systems, marketing expertise, and strong customer engagement, enabling long-term partnerships built on reliability, compliance, and continuous improvement.
